You can pay for your order on duka.direct using the following modes of payment:

To view your order status, go to the "Menu" bar by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the home screen, and select "My Order". You will be able to see all your orders. Click on the orders that you would want to see the status for.
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses to your account. However, all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address during the time of checkout. If you want different products delivered to different addresses you need to place them as separate orders.
Certainly. At checkout, you can specify a different delivery address and add the number of a recipient. This is helpful if you want to order for a parent, friend or perhaps want to receive your package at work. You can arrange the delivery at no cost to your recipient.
You pick up your order at the pickup delivery address shown in the app when selecting the pick-up option for the partner you are shopping with. All pick-ups are advanced cashless payments only.
You need to click on "Forgot PIN" on the login page enter your mobile number and click on forgot password. A message with a reset PIN will be sent to your number. With this, you can change your PIN. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.
At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please contact customer support on Whatsapp number +255659430043 (text only) for any missing item that is invoiced and we will find the solution for you with the Partner. If the issue is directly related to the Partner, then we will work on a resolution following guidance from the Partner.
Once you have selected and confirmed the time slot, please ensure you are available during that slot. We will try our best to contact you during a reasonable time before returning the order back to the Partner. In this case, we will try again during the slot, however, after the slot hours have elapsed we will either cancel or deliver again based on the type of order. Costs or extra charges may apply.
Our Partners exercise complete responsibility for the preparation, quality of the order. In the unlikely event that there is damage or any quality-related complaint, we request that you provide our Contact Centre with accurate and complete information when providing us with details through our Whatsapp number +255659430043 (text only). We will establish a solution for you which would either be store credit or replace the item after following guidance from the responsible Partner.
